1. Service Coverage

  • We currently deliver across India through our trusted logistics partners.
  • Some remote locations may not be serviceable. In such cases, you will be notified at checkout or contacted by our support team.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • In case of high demand, festive seasons, or force majeure events, processing may take longer.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days (metros & tier-1 cities)
  • Extended delivery: 7–10 business days (tier-2, tier-3, and remote areas)
  • Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value (as displayed on the Website).
  • For orders below the threshold, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
  • Any additional charges (e.g., Octroi, entry taxes, state-specific levies) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Tracking Orders

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
  • You may track your shipment directly through our Website or the courier partner’s portal.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
  • If undelivered, the order will be returned to us, and a refund (after deducting shipping charges) will be initiated.

7. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by:

  • Courier/logistics partner issues
  • Natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or unforeseen events
  • Incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

8. Risk of Loss

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the product is delivered to the shipping address.
  • We are not responsible for products lost after confirmed delivery.

9. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within India.
  • International shipping will be introduced in the future, and this policy will be updated accordingly.
