Refund Policy – FashionFab

We at TheFashionFab (Sanehik Enterprises Private Limited) want you to love your purchase. This policy is aligned with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging
  • Non-returnable: innerwear, cosmetics, personal care items, customized products, clearance items

2. Return Process

  • Initiate a return request via Website or customer care
  • Our logistics partner will arrange a reverse pickup (where available)
  • Items will be inspected before refund/exchange approval

3. Refunds

  • Refunds processed within 7–10 business days after approval
  • Original payment method will be used for refund
  • COD refunds via bank transfer/UPI only

4. Exchanges

  • Exchange allowed for size or product variations (subject to availability)
  • In case of unavailability, refund will be issued

5. Damaged/Incorrect Items

Free replacement/refund will be provided

Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos
